Purchased separately, the component parts to make a complete Hi-Back seat for Pride scooters would run well over $800.

Note:This seat is a special order item and is not returnable. If you are unsure whether the seat fits your scooter or power chair, please call us. You will need to give us your scooter or power chair’s serial number in order for us to ensure its compatibility. In addition, there are seat width restrictions on most scooter and power chair models. Before ordering, please read the Specifications tab for further information.

How to measuring your seat:

Measuring Usable Seat Depth– Refer to Figures 1 and 2

1. Position a carpenter’s square on the middle of the seat as shown.

2. Slide the square back until it just makes contact with the seatback. Keep the horizontal section of the square parallel with the floor. This will allow for contours such as cushioning bolsters.

3. Measure the distance between points A and C. This measurement is the seat’s usable seat depth.

Measuring Usable Seat Width– Refer to Figure 2

1. Measure 4-1/2″ from point A to find line B-D.

2. Measure the distance between B and D. This measurement is the usable seat width.

Sold as a complete set at one low price; the vinyl seat assembly for Pride scooters includes a Deluxe Contour seat base, a Hi-Back Deluxe Contour seat back, and a Deluxe Contour headrest, and a set of angle adjustable, pinchless seat hinges.

These seat assemblies are compatible with most Jazzy power chairs, as well as many Pride scooters, however be sure to check the Compatibility tab or your scooter’s owner’s manual before ordering. Please note these assemblies are not recommended for Jet power chairs.

Not all seat sizes will fit on all Pride Mobility scooter models. Due to the safety concerns and issues with the scooter’s center of gravity, all Pride scooters have maximum seat allowances of 22″ width or 22″ depth. This maximum should not be exceeded.

Note to Jazzy Power Chair Owners:
Not all width and depth combinations will fit on all Jazzy power chair models. Due to the safety concerns and issues with the center of gravity, many power chairs have maximum seat allowances that should not be exceeded. Please refer to the table below to see if your Jazzy power chair has a maximum seat allowance. These Hi-Back seat assemblies are not recommended for Jet power chairs.
